Patient for 25+ yrs.

I have been a patient of Dr. D's for over 25 years. He was my first dentist and has been kind enough to allow me to keep coming back. He and his office staff are always kind, courteous and professional. They never fuss or suggest that you do more than you have to and they are always there to look out for your best interest. I have been compelled to go to other dentists "in-network" because of my insurance plans and, after those experiences, I decided that I would rather pay out of pocket in order to see Dr. D.. To that end, I can say that his care has always been affordable. As a final note: my family (who can remember taking me there when I was a child!) still think fondly of him. You really do build a relationship with his practice and they become like family.

As a child, I was afraid of the dentist. My son actually enjoys going to the dentist and it is a great visit when he is told no cavities. More than that, the staff is great, very child friendly and accommodating. I would not take him anywhere else.

Toddler and baby friendly  

It was my toddler's first visit to the dentist so the staff allowed her to sit on my lap throughout the checkup and held my baby for me so he wouldn't get too fussy.

My son is fortunate to have "no cavities" check-ups often but there was never more than a "good for you" or a pat on the back for him. Now he has real incentive to keep up the good work.

I love this dentist office, it was our 2nd visit to this office & everyone was just as great as the first visit. My 3yr old daughter was not nervous at all & she loves that they play movies while they check out her teeth. I have recommend them to a lot of other moms.

A great dental experience for my children

The staff at Dr. Demetrio's has gone above and beyond what is needed for a succful practice. He proveds a stress-free environment with lots of amenities. When I tell my children they have a dental appointment, they say "oh, good!" My children have had significantly fewer cavities due to his expert care. My kids have been seeing Dr. Demetrio for 4 years. I just wish we found him sooner!

I am very happy with all the staff at the office. They all make you feel comfortable. My daughter was terrified of the dentist, until I took her to Dr. Demetriou. He took the time to explain to her everything he was doing to her. He also remembers about her pets and asks her about them. He even sings to her if she is a little nervous. The girls that work with him are terrific! They are very sweet and make the children feel safe. Isabel, my daughter has been going to this office for 5 years and has been the BEST experience ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for making her feel safe and secure, now she is happy to go to the dentist!

Everyone there is pleasant and friendly, I think they make you feel comfortable. You never feel rushed, you can ask as many questions as you like. They explain everything and always send information out to you before your next appointment. If work needs to be done, you know exactly what your cost is going to be. I have no complaints. My kids have patients of Dr. Steve's for about six years. My experiences have always been positive. My son was accidentally hit in the mouth with a bat when he was around nine. Dr. Steve and his team were excellent! He had us immediately come in for an exam, X-rays and a follow-up appointment two weeks later. Luckily, there was no permanent damage.

Nervous Mom Loves this Dental Practice!!!

I was nervous about bringing my children to the dentist. I had horrible experiences as a child, even though I have not had a cavity before. Finally, I took both of my children & fell in love! Dr. Demetriou was so wonderful. He calmed me & my children. They both had cavities which have been filled without pain or drama-for any of us. The treatment plan was clearly explained to me including any extra fees & how many visits were required. I LOVE this office. I work in healthcare & know when I've found a fantastic place-this is it!

Excellent Pediatric Dentistry Practice

I have been taking my children there for 16 years. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. From a young age, my boys went off with the hygienist and I stayed in the waiting room (though I'm sure I could have joined them if I wanted). Recently I actually heard my son telling a friend how his dentist is great, there are video games in the waiting area, and all the "nurses" know who he is. That's a long way from when I was a kid and dreaded going to the dentist.

Awesome Dentistry for Kids

I have been bringing my daughter here for a while. The staff is excellent. Even at the very first appointment when my daughter was scared and cried practically the whole time we were there.
